Date Syrup is Sweet & Healthy!

This is the most simple and awesome recipe, next to that amazing Fudgy No-Brownie Recipe. But, this Date Syrup is something I always keep on hand now. I two tablespoons every morning in my oatmeal. I use it as a substitute for sweetener in various recipes, even inside and outside of my Vegan Pancakes Oil Free Jeff Morgan Style! This is just brilliant stuff! Ingredients

1 1/3 cup Dates
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Add boiling water to pitted dates and let sit for an hour to soften the dates. Then add lemon juice and blend until smooth.
